Our leadership team has 40+ years of combined experience in media buying, programmatic advertising, content monetization, search, and affiliate network management. Do I need to pay for ads?

No, never. We front 100% of the ad spend. You never risk your own money, and we only promote content that we believe can convert profitably. If we spend money at a loss, it is our loss — not yours, ever!

How do I get paid?

You get paid the same way you always have — through Impact, Amazon, etc. SugarReach works for you on a profit-share model — if your content makes money, we both win. SugarReach will invoice you for the recovery of our portion of profits and refunded media spend. We cover the ad spend up front and take a share of the net profit after ad costs are recovered. That percentage is split at 50–50. Net profit is defined as: - Earnings generated from paid media ads and attained through bonus and promotion tiers within your affiliate programs - Less media paid acquisition costs We only expect 50% of your tier bonuses if you would not have reached the tier without our traffic addition.

How do you track results?

We use custom tracking tags on every campaign URL to see exactly what’s driven by ads versus your organic reach. That way, reporting is accurate and you always know the added value from SugarReach campaigns.

Do you work beyond Meta ads?

Yes we can. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is a core channel, but we can also run campaigns on TikTok Shop, YouTube, Pinterest, and even through off-platform native and publisher networks when it makes sense. Note that today we are only boosting paid marketing through Meta ads. This will change in the near future as we roll out additional paid media flows.

Can you promote products outside of Amazon?

Yes. We also work with Walmart, Target, and other retailers — plus direct brand deals where the commission rates are strong. If the product is a good fit for your audience and has high sales potential, we can likely support it

Am I entering a contract with exclusivity clauses?

No exclusivity. In fact, we encourage you to work with as many similar services as you see fit. We truly believe you will, in the long run, prefer working with us on growing your paid marketing channel versus working with others.

Can I still run my own ads or work with other companies?

Yes. Working with SugarReach does not limit your ability to run your own ads or work with other agencies or partners — including our competitors. We believe in collaboration, not exclusivity.
